Hints and Tips for Making Jelly
* You will need a preserving pan or a large stainless steel saucepan, preserving jars, or if you are using your own jars, waxed paper discs and cellophane circles (which may be purchased) rubber bands or soft string.

* If you are using your own jars, then these should be washed, rinsed and dried and then carefully heated in a moderate oven for approximately 5 minutes. (Take care as the jars will be hot). If the jars are damp then the jam will not keep well.
