Fish
Olive Oil or (or oil of your choice)
Preparation and cooking instructions
Begin by washing the fish and then drying on paper towel.
Then pour enough oil into a frying pan (skillet) to cover
the base of the pan and have a little depth.
When the oil is hot add the fish and fry for about 5 minutes.
Turn the fish over and cook the other side for a further five
minutes. These times are a guide only and will depend on the
size and thickness of the fish.
The fish should now be opaque white and flaky.
Serve immediately.
