Recipe Ingredients
1 pint of milk
2 cups of sugar
half a cup of flour
2 eggs
2 pints of cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation and cooking instructions
Begin by beating together 1 cup of sugar, the eggs and the
flour.
Put the milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil, then
add the beaten sugar, eggs and flour and stir well.
Continue to cook for twenty minutes stirring frequently,
then pour into a bowl and put to one side to cool, now add
the second cup of sugar, the cream and the vanilla extract
and mix together well. Pour into a suitable container and
freeze.
