Recipe Ingredients
2lbof Chicken (cut into small pieces)
Three-fourths of a cup of butter
2 onions
3 tomatoes or 1 cup of canned tomatoes
1 tablespoon curry powder
a little cayenne
Salt and Pepper
1 cupful of milk
Preparation and cooking instructions
First finely chop the onions and put in a large saucepan
with the butter, stir continuously until the onion has softened.
Next add the chopped chicken, the tomatoes, the curry powder
and season with salt and pepper, stir well. Put on a lid and
allow to simmer very gently for one hour, stirring occasionally.
Then add the milk stir and bring to the boil.
Serve immediately with rice. |
